Entomologist with 20 years of experience in agriculture biopesticides and biofertilizers input  development and  research , Herbal medicine for human and domestic animals, Environmental solution for soil and water pollution management. Work is passion and it starts with a vision, mission and then success comes with perfection.

       He is an international agro-medical expert in agro biotechnology, Ayurvedic Medicine and veterinary sciences. Developed many innovative products and filed several Indian patents. Very recently developed alternative herbal formulation for COVID-19 in collaboration with University of Mumbai and successfully served millions of people globally.

         He has started his career in agriculture plant production, protection and popularised organic farming with application of biofertilizers, biopesticides and cell free cultures in central India. He was first to establish 1st state level biocontrol laboratory through Ashwamedh group company in privet sector at Maharashtra. His efforts came true in western Maharashtra and this area has contributed 60 % residue free agriculture product export from India. Whereas western Maharashtra has emerged as of biotechnology hub in Asia.

Dr waghchoure has gathered agro biotechnology-based top 50 companies and technocrats for shaping future organic farming in India and globally. Through his efforts and leadership, he is the first who isolated and developed 9 potent biopesticides in India and generated data for regulation of biopesticides globally in liquid formulation with the stakeholders and popularizing biofertilizers, biopesticides and cell culture free inputs globally.

    In 2019 Dr Waghchoure has signed MOU with Department of Kyrgyzstan for development of organic inputs and standards for the CIS countries as a part of his efforts ministry of Kyrgyzstan has started promoting organic agriculture and has taken initiative for regulation and local manufacturing of biotech products

         The mission for organic farming is not limited to India but recently incorporated ARIFIM (Agricultural research institute for important microorganism) international Private limited company with technocrats and started international movement for development of national standards for the Governments as well as to promote local flora and protect biodiversity of every nation for future organic agriculture production. As a part of this work Sri Lanka is the 1st nation who launched biopesticides and biofertilizer product in 2022 . He also guided for isolation of local strains instead of importing strains from outside and formulating microbial products for organic farming and regulating it through government of Sri Lanka.

Dr Waghchoure is founder president of Agricultural microorganism manufacturers and farmers Association and Founder of Ashwamedh Group who is shaping future of organic farming in India and given breakthrough innovation timely in Agriculture, Human medicine and veterinary medicine and solving problems time to time.  He has filed many patents in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Ayurvedic Medicine for Human and Ecology

He is not only serving for organic farming but also developed alternative to allopathy to cure diseases without undergoing surgery. Microbial products on burning issues of agriculture crop protection. His trust was a technical agency for KVIC Government of India. He has signed MOU with many state and central agriculture universities for development of data for regulation in India.

He has completed his PG in Entomology and Ph.D. in Nematology. The specialty of Dr. Waghchoure is Bio-pesticides, cell free culture products, and Bio-fertilizer manufacturing, medicinal plant cultivation, processing and value addition. Sugarcane single eye bud nursery technology, formulation of herbal medicine, crop cultivation and protection, livestock farm development, the herbal formulation for poultry bird production, food processing, plant growth promoter & micronutrients are some areas of his specialization. Moreover, expertise in development of horticulture garden, farmhouse project, agro-medical tourism, agriculture automation project. He is the founder of Vice president of Global Society for Basic and Applied Sciences, and promoting Indian students internationally through various projects. Ashwamedh herbal Research & Development Trust and Agricultural Microorganisms Manufacturers and Famers Association of India and promoting organic farming and input development in India. For the Knowledge of basic agricultural practices & crop productions he has started monthly Magazine Ashwamedh Krushidoot edited by him

Dr waghchoure has received many international and national awards for his innovation and contribution to the society. He is working with many academic institutes, Universities, academic technocrats and contributing his innovation for Yong generation.  As a part of his work many countries welcoming him for shaping future of their agriculture through promotion of local manufacturing by his expertise.
